Dorrit Emerich State Farm is hiring an Account Manager who can successfully balance strong customer service with proactive sales. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, resolving service needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through meaningful coverage conversations.

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations while driving retention and new business production. If you are customer-focused but confident in asking for the sale, this is a strong opportunity to grow your career in insurance.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
  •  Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage enhancements based on customer needs
  •  Quote, present, and sell auto, home and renters
  •  Support customers with service requests, billing questions, and policy updates
  •  Resolve complex issues with professionalism and follow-through
  •  Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business
  •  Collaborate with team members to meet service and production goals

Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start

If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before starting

Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process


What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to confidently pivot between service and sales conversations
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
  •  Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
  •  Prior insurance, sales, or account management experience preferred
